Chocolate Truffle Rich chocolate cake brushed with vanilla syrup and filled and frosted with dark chocolate ganache.

Classic Carrot Moist and delicious carrot cake with toasted walnuts and frosted with not too sweet cream cheese frosting and garnished with candied carrot peels.

Seasonal Fresh fruit cake
We take a delicate vanilla cake and fill it with lemon vanilla pastry cream and the best fresh fruit available. Frosted with butter cream frosting and garnished with more fresh fruit.

Red Velvet A southern classic from the original Waldorf recipe. Frosted with our not too sweet cream cheese frosting and garnished with dark chocolate hearts.

German Chocolate A rich devil’s food cake filled and topped with ooey gooey toasted pecans and coconut filling and frosted on the edges with chocolate ganache.

Pineapple Upside Down An island favorite made with a fresh pineapple.

Luscious Lemon A delicate lemon scented cake filled with our fresh lemon curd and frosted with our delicious vanilla butter cream frosting. Meringue frosting is also available.

Toasted Coconut White cake loaded with toasted coconut and filled with coconut pastry cream and frosted with coconut buttercream.

We are happy to make slight variations on the above cakes with advance notice and an additional charge.

We proudly use Caffe Vita coffee in all our espresso drinks. Carafes of coffee are available for special events.
