We believe a wedding cake is dessert and should be the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. We do not use fondant or shortening in any of our cakes. Let us work with you to design the perfect dessert for your special day.

Vanilla Vanilla
We start with a European genoise cake and brush the layers with fresh lemon simple syrup and fill the cake with a light and fluffy vanilla bean mousse.
Luscious Lemon
Our moist and rich vanilla butter cake is brushed with fresh lemon simple syrup and filled with our fresh lemon curd and frosted with our delicious vanilla buttercream.
Seasonal Fresh Fruit
We fill our classic vanilla butter cake with fresh pastry cream layered with your choice of fresh fruit in season. Can also be garnished with additional fresh fruit.
Red Velvet
This southern classic makes a bold statement with its deep red chocolate interior and fluffy cream cheese frosting.
Cake Flavors
Vanilla, Coconut, Dark Chocolate, Red Velvet, Strawberry or Raspberry Butter Cake; Vanilla or Chocolate Genoise Sponge Cake.
Cake Fillings
Mousses: Strawberry, Raspberry, Passionfruit, Lemon, Vanilla Bean or Chocolate mousse
Creams:
Vanilla, Caramel, Coconut, or Chocolate pastry cream
Curds:
Lemon, Passionfruit, Blood orange or Grapefruit curd.
Frostings
Lemon, White chocolate, Strawberry, or Raspberry buttercream; dark chocolate ganache; meringue; or whipped cream.
